CrPC - section 188- offence by Indian outside India- after discussing the case of Ajay Aggarwal Vs Union of India & Ors [(1993) 3 SCC 609] Hon'ble Court held that only trial can not proceed with unless sanction of govt is obtained - Magistrate may take cognisance of offence
